TASTING NOTES. Deep red with purple highlights, the wine shows hints of raspberries and violets on the nose, and has a long, full-bodied flavour with nicely fresh tannins on the finish.
GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGSWine that accompanies traditional Piedmontese appetizers such as raw Albese meat, veal with tuna sauce and vegetable flans with fondue, also pleasant with cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, it also accompanies first and second courses based on red meat.
