The Favorita grape-variety dates back in the Roero as far as the second half of the 18th century. Once almost forgotten, revaluated for its special properties and abilities to make wines of superior quality in the last years. Straw-yellow with greenish highlights, it has a fresh and fruity nose reminiscent of rennet apples showing an elegant and delicate body on the palate with a long finish.
