WINE-MAKINGFermented in a pressure tank under temperature control. To retain the natural sweetness the fermentation was stopped by chilling and filtration.

TASTING NOTESThe classic dessert wine par excellence, with an invitingly bright, almost golden straw-yellow colour. Its nicely aromatic nose shows floral overtones and nice hints of fruit, and its delicate, sweet taste merges perfectly with a long, fragrant aroma.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGSExcellent with all types of desserts, various pastries, and fresh fruit. Try it with medium-aged goat cheeses.
