VINEYARDSSituated on terrain with calcareous or sandy-silty soil.

POSITIONSlopes facing north-east, east, south, west, north-west.

WINE-MAKINGSoft pressing ,controlled fermentation at 15 - 18°C with a final 20 - 21°C. and careful vinification at low temperatures and maturation on fine lees.

AGEINGIn stainless steel with subsequent ageing in bottle.

TASTING NOTESWine of bright straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights continues in intense aromas of fresh fruit and flowers, and is rounded off by well- balanced roundness on the mouth, with a delicately bitterish finish.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGSIdeal as an aperitif, perfect with all fish-based dishes, such as spaghetti allo scoglio, sushi, grilled fish, also to be tried with fresh and soft cheeses.
