“WHISTLEBLOWING” REPORTING CHANNELS

The CANTINA DEL NEBBIOLO S.C.A. implements the Legislative Decree 24/2023, regarding "Whistleblowing", aimed at protecting people who report illegal conduct of which they have become aware during their work activity (administrative, accounting, civil or criminal offences, etc.).

In order to facilitate the reporter, CANTINA DEL NEBBIOLO S.C.A. has entrusted the management of reports to AMBIENTE SICURO SERVIZI (www.aesseservizi.eu) and establish the following methods:

REPORTING CHANNELS IN WRITTEN FORM

• Website www.whistleblowing.aesseservizi.eu ;

• Paper (better registered mail with return receipt).

The report must be put in two closed envelopes: the first with the reporter’s identification data together with the ID copy; the second with the report, in order to separate the reporter’s identification data from the report. Both must be put in a third closed envelope with the external wording “Reserved to the Compliance Office”, to be sent to the reporting manager: AMBIENTE SICURO SERVIZI Società Cooperativa - Via Cascina Colombaro, 56 - 12100 Cuneo (CN). The report will be subject to confidential protocol, also through autonomous register by the manager.

The envelope containing the identification data will be sent to the custodian of credentials.
